To succeed in this role, the Human Resource Officer should be ready to assist with Providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring as well as employee counseling, and be willing to work with other Human Resource team members to executing tasks both online and offline.
He or She will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of effective designing, maintaining, keeping, and updating staff records for future reference according to policy.
