Job Description:
- Review customer requests and enforce compliance assurance functions in line with the Bank’s laid down procedures, regulatory dictates, and requirements.
- Review all transactions against the dollarization policy
- Confirmation and enforcement of regulatory requirements on cash-funded transactions.
- Authorization of payment transactions
- Rate reasonability check functions
- Prompt response to all customers’ requests, correspondences, and inquiries
- Daily call-over of previous day transactions
- Coaching and recognition that help employees improve their performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in International/Domiciliary Fund Transfer Services
- First Degree in Social Sciences and related discipline
- Master’s degree and other professional certification (added advantage)
